I’ve had the fortune and pleasure of working with Melissa, not once, but twice over the course of the last 4 years. First, in finding me my current rental downtown Toronto (perfect location, gorgeous space, under my budget AND all inclusive!!) and most recently, she assisted me in the purchasing of my very first condo – also downtown Toronto.

Melissa’s attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate industry paired with her impeccably sharp instincts are just unparalleled. And I know this because I work in the real estate industry myself, and have spent much time around many agents although I am not an agent myself.

Because I was so green in this purchasing process, she also completely directed my team of lawyers and caught possible hassles for me beforehand so they could address them. She didn’t have to and she did these things anyway.

We always had her expertise at any time of the day – literally, as she was always only a text or email away. Her response was always very quick.

Once the condo was prepared and ready for showing, we could hardly recognize it! The furniture, pictures on walls, plants, homely touches – Melissa certainly showed potential buyers how beautiful the space could be if they made it their home. It looked so incredible we joked that we would want to buy it again! Our condo went on the market on June 18th and by June 23rd we had received a stunning offer. By June 24th we had sold our condo! Talk about superspeed! We were stunned by how quickly we received an offer that we were absolutely delighted with. We knew that this was made possible because of Melissa. She was able to see the best potential of the space and showcased this for those who came to view it.
